When we embrace change and choose
transformation, we choose abundance.
Through my own journey, the mistakes I made, the challenges, struggles and pitfalls I experienced. As well as the insights I gained, the tools I learned (and a few shortcuts), helped me to carve out a clear path for other women so they can experience that same vibrancy!
My purpose now is to share these gifts, through my coaching, education sessions, mentorship and the Andiamo SoulFit Wellness Club.
I guide my clients toward their own success
with the three ingredients that got me there.Â
- Choosing to eat food that I enjoy but that also deeply
nourish and nurture me.
- To move my body in ways that make me feel sexy
and give me energy, strength and flexibility.
- The willingness to do the Inner Work to attune to my
authentic self and show up fully and unapologetically in life!
I am living my most full life now in my 40s, and I attribute that to these three aspects of wellness, and being open to different ways to exercise and stay fit. Our bodies are designed to move! And I love that I get to help my clients discover what movement styles they enjoy, and encourage them to stretch themselves into new areas.
Â
For myself, I grew up in sports and played basketball which is where I discovered my love for running. Although my basketball career ended when I got cut senior year in high school, I continued to run and it has been with me throughout all stages of my life. When I run, I am JOY! I have participated in 50K trail races, overnight relays and 12 marathons, with my best time being 3:18 in the New York Marathon.
Â
I am also a BODi coach, and recently became certified in PiYo, which is a lovely fusion of Pilates and Yoga. I consider myself lucky to have found that practice as well as other strength and flexibility based programs that are both powerful and fun! I believe movement should be fun, and have made dance a part of my every day. I am not a trained dancer, nor am I that good, but it makes me feel alive! Dance is a way for me to connect to my emotions and express them in a really healthy way. This is something that has always been there for me but I am truly embracing it at this stage of my life.
Â
Knowing how food and movement can support us as women, I love to dig into new information to better support my own health as well as my clients. Through the years I have taken multiple courses and certifications, one of which taught me about the benefits of plant-based eating. In this course, I was encouraged to go vegan for 2 weeks, and this cheese loving, sushi please, steak eating gal gave it a shot. All I can say is, WOW! I thought I felt great before, but the level of health I felt in my body was amazing!
Â
The more I learned and experienced, the more I wanted to learn and teach others what I knew. I soon began leading groups, which eventually led to working with clients one on one as a coach and a mentor. I am based out of Denver, Colorado but connect with clients around the globe.

I believe that we should LOVE what we eat and find JOY in movement. As a Transformation and Abundance Coach,
it is my goal to help YOU discover that for your life.
What is a Transformation & Abundance Coach?
I often am asked if I am a therapist, or dietician, and actually, a Transformation Coach is a lovely blend of the two.
I provide an integrated approach, not only looking at what we eat, or how we move, but also how we feel, and what we believe about all of these things on a subconscious level. By addressing the underlying beliefs that are driving our habits, and identifying those which no longer serve us in this phase of our life, we then receive the power to choose to shift those habits into ones that guide us towards abundance!
Looking at health in this more holistic way, wellness of body, mind and soul, we increase the potential for long lasting change.
I appreciate the unique needs of each woman. I meet YOU where you are, and work with multi-layer techniques to best support you. Along with the inner work, we will also discover a movement practice that fills you with joy, and address nutrition as well. Now, you do not have to be vegan to work with me, however I can teach you the power of plant-based eating and just how delicious and satisfying it can be!
My approach is holistic, simple and practical, so it’s easy to incorporate into your current routine, eliminating the stress and setting you up for success from day one!
I look forward to working with you,
Mary
