What I have discovered over this past year has amazed this meat eater.
With Mary's help on plant based dishes I began the journey. I quickly found out that many of my assumptions were incorrect, amongst them that I would always be hungry.
The plant-based recipes Mary provided are not only delicious but also satisfy all hunger issues.
I was eagerly awaiting my yearly checkup to see if my measurables had changed after the year. My cholesterol results surpassed my expectations.
In 2019 and 2020 my overall score was 247 and 248 respectively. My 2021 score was 160 without the use of any statins!
